• Styliya operates on both ready stock and pre-order models.
• For pre-order items, products are sourced internationally, mainly from China.
• The estimated delivery time for pre-order products is 15–20 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, logistics delays, or supplier-related issues.

Payment Policy

• Advance payment is required for all pre-order items.
• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for pre-order items.

Delivery Delay & Customs Issues

• In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, international shipping disruptions, or supplier-related issues.
• If delivery of a pre-order item exceeds 60 days, the customer may request a full refund of the advance payment.
• If approved, the advance payment will be refunded accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
