Pre-Order & International Sourcing Policy

• Some products are sourced internationally (mainly from China) and are sold on a pre-order basis.
• Estimated delivery time for pre-order items is 15–20 working days.
• Advance payment is required for all pre-order products.
• Delays may occur due to customs clearance, shipping disruptions, or supplier issues.
• If delivery exceeds 60 days, customers may request a full refund of the advance payment.
